Private commission are an important source of support and have greatly attributed to the advancement of my artistic practice. Although most of my commissions have used the digital prints, I am currently working on a commissioned painting and I am open to different mediums.

Each project takes from 3-6 months to complete and range in price from $1,000 - $3,000 with half paid upfront.

    The most interesting and challenging aspects of a private commission examines creative control. There is a time to release that control over my own work and explore creative suggestions from the collector. There is also a time when I need to enforce my creative control to stop the project from getting too complicated, setting boundaries and explaining limitations.

    Each new commission advances the understanding of my work and ideas, ultimately progressing my career. To include another individual in the process is fascinating experience and I continue to work with new collectors.
